Description:
Performance of the certifying body's duties for the paying agency DE17 Rhineland-Palatinate

The purpose of the contract is the full performance of the certification body's tasks for paying agency DE 17 in accordance with Article 12 of Regulation (EU) No 2116/2021 and Article 5 of Implementing Regulation (EU) No 128/2022 for the European Agricultural Guarantee Fund (EAGF) and the European Agricultural Fund for the Rural Development (EAFRD) for Rhineland-Palatinate.
