This is a new integrated service for Children and Young Adults from 0 to upto 25 years of age who have a mental health issue and those who are showing early signs of mental health concerns. The service aims to in reach to universal services but offer targeted and specialist services when required to aid recovery. A key focus is to provide integrated and joined up care pathways.
