Works contract relating to the construction of a building housing a Paris Anim' Centre (Cpa) and a student residence (Re) at 4 rue Mercoeur - 75011 Paris on behalf of Elogie-Siemp hereinafter referred to as the Contracting Authority, Contracting Authority (Moa), Buyer or Contracting Authority.
Work is scheduled to begin in the first half of 2025.

The project as a whole meets the requirements of the Climate Air Energy Plan of
Paris.
The student residence is part of the Re 2020 with the following objectives:
- Re 2020 -20% on Bbio and Cep.nr indicators
- Energy IC 2028
- Ic construction 2028
This contract will include a professional integration clause, the terms of implementation of which are specified in the CCAP
