Interpreting services procurement is for presence interpreting, notification interpreting, remote interpreting (phone/video interpretation) and written translation services.

The largest nationality groups for which interpretation is needed are Estonians, Afghans, Syrians and Russians. Currently, the most used languages are Arabic, Persia/ Dari, Estonian, Russian, Thai, Kurdish/Kurmanci, Ukrainian, English, German, French, Mandarin Chinese, Tigrinja and Polish. If a new interpretation or translation language is entered in the Vendor language range during the contract period, which is not mentioned in this Agreement, but which the Subscriber has a need to use, the language will be added to the contract on the same terms and at no extra cost.
