Tuomi Logistiikka Oy puts out to tender the procurement of auditing services on behalf of the Pirkanmaa well-being area (Pirha). The object of the procurement is an administrative and financial audit in accordance with chapter 14 of the Act on the Wellbeing Services Counties (611/2021) and an audit of the administration and finances of corporations and foundations controlled by the wellbeing services county. An additional procurement may include external expert services related to the object of the procurement.
Pirha makes a procurement decision and an agreement on behalf of all subscribers. Pirha's external audit unit under the Audit Board, which includes the Audit Director (JHTT) and the auditor, assists the service provider in accordance with a work programme agreed separately annually. The service provider is obliged to report to the Audit Board on the progress of the audit work and the findings made during the audit work at least twice a year and more often when the Board so decides. During the agreement period, the audit will be extended to the different functions of the wellbeing services county. A report on the audit findings is submitted to the audited domain, area of responsibility or other operating unit, as well as to the external audit unit.
The scope of the inspection date is 7.5 h. The scope of Pirha's audit is estimated to be approximately 130 audit days per financial year. The estimate of the amount includes a statutory audit and, upon request, the participation of the auditor in the meetings of the Audit Board. In addition, the acquisition includes a statutory audit of the subsidiaries of the wellbeing services county, the scope of which is estimated to be a total of 5 inspection days for Coxa Oy and its subsidiary Tekonivelsairaala Coxa Oy, 5 inspection days for Tays Sydänkeskus Oy and 2 inspection days for its subsidiary SK Hankintapalvelut Oy. For Tays Kehitysyhtiö Oy, the inspection days are estimated to be 2 inspection days. For the Tampere University Hospital Support Foundation, the scope is estimated to be 2 inspection days and the scope of the inspection of its subsidiaries Kiinteistö Oy Kissantassu (2201318-7) is estimated to be 2 days, Kiinteistö Oy Solkikadun Kissantassu (2201315-2) 0.5 days and Kiinteistö Oy Kissanmaan Y-Talo (2201309-9) 0.5 days. For Keiturin Sote Oy, the scope is estimated to be 3 inspection days.
