Ter Heide is a care facility, started in 1971 and grown into an efficiency-oriented, large-scale facility. Ter Heide is active on 4 campuses: Genk, Zonhoven, Borgloon and Tongeren and today houses more than 400 residents and has approximately 650 employees. Various care functions are organized on each campus: housing, day care, crisis care, lodging, holiday care, guidance in a home situation,... Our residents are very vulnerable people with severe, multiple mental disabilities.

Through this public contract, Ter Heide wishes to appoint a supplier for the supply of food for a period of 1 year, starting on 05/11/2022 to end on 04/11/2023.

In the event of a favourable evaluation, an extension of the existing agreement of a maximum of 3 x 1 year is possible, so that the maximum total duration of this contract is 48 months, being until 04/11/2026.

This extension will be confirmed by the client by registered letter no later than 1 month before the expiry date of the agreement.

In the event of an unfavourable evaluation, the client may, provided that a registered letter is sent, immediately terminate the agreement.

The delivery must take place at the following locations:

Ter Heide campus Borgloon, Brikhof 68, 3840 Hoepertingen
