The aim is to implement a central OMS. This must have open / manufacturer-independent interfaces. The OMS must be able to be connected to existing systems via middleware to SAP IS-U, SAP CRM, workforce management system, EVI Jet, Porta-le (network and sales), CRM system of VAG as well as to the network information system and archive in order to to provide important output data for communication in different formats and also to store them in the archive. Due to the upcoming transformations in the current IT landscape, new billing and CRM systems will have to be connected in the future.

Part of this tender is the initial introduction of an OMS and the connection to the necessary systems over a period of several years in cooperation with the NIT and the respective departments. The operational design and implementation of the communication takes place with the support of the NIT in the individual areas (sales, network, VAG, ...). The envisaged implementation projects are described both in terms of content and chronological order in the specification sheet.
