1. The object of the contract is the performance of a service consisting of: the collection and development of municipal waste collected selectively and non-selectively from the properties on which the inhabitants of the Lowicz Municipality reside, in a way that ensures that the Municipality of Łowicz is achieved by the Municipality of Łowicz levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods and limiting the mass of biodegradable waste transferred to landfills; supply of containers, containers and bags for selective waste collection, collection and management of municipal waste - waste from the Municipal Waste Collection Point conducted by the Municipality; the collection and transport of municipal waste to the site of its development from the property where residents live from the area of the Municipality and the Selective Collection of Municipal Waste conducted by the Municipality.

1. The object of the order is to perform a service consisting of:

1.1. receipt and use of municipal waste collected selectively and non-selectively from properties where residents in the area of the Municipality of Łowicz reside, in a way that ensures that the Municipality of Łowicz achieves adequate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods and limiting the mass of biodegradable waste transferred to landfills,

1.2. the supply of containers, containers and bags for selective waste collection referred to in the description of the object of the contract referred to in § 6 (1), (2) and (3) Detailed Description of the Order Subject (Chapter 4 SWZ), for the duration of the contract for the property on which they reside residents from the area of the Municipality of Łowicz,

1.3. the receipt and use of municipal waste - waste from the Municipal Waste Collection Point conducted by the Municipal Municipal Municipality of Łowicz,

1.4. Receiving and transporting municipal waste to the site of its development from the property where residents live from the area of the Municipality of Łowicz and the Selective Collection of Municipal Waste conducted by the Municipality of Łowicz.

2. The subject of the contract covers only municipal waste, but does not include waste generated and resulting from business activities.

3. The Contractor shall be responsible for the systematic receipt of mixed and selectively collected municipal waste in accordance with the Schedule and for their transport and development in municipal installations in order to obtain levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods and limitation of the mass of biodegradable waste transferred to storage in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Maintenance of Cleanness and Order in Municipalities, the Implementing Laws and Regulations of Maintenance of Cleanliness and Order in Municipality.

4. The scope of the order includes equipping the inhabitants of the municipality of Łowicz with containers and bags for collection of waste (the containers will be the property of the Contractor).

5. Summary of the amount of waste received in the last three years:

2018 — 1,478.18 Mg;

2019 — 1,408.98 Mg;

2020 - 1,784.30 Mg

7. Indicative quantities of individual waste fractions are included in the Contractor's Offering Form — Annex 2 to SWZ.
