The object of the Concession is the assignment by the Grantor exclusively to the Concessionaire in conditions of Economic and Financial Balance, of the construction of the new Sports Hall "Arena di Cantù" in the homonymous Municipality - and subsequent management of the Facility itself, with explicit reference to the activities of: • drafting of the Executive Project of the Facility; • execution of the works relating to the plant according to the procedures provided for in the Works Specifications in accordance with the Design Documents, all applicable regulations, Authorizations, the Convention and in accordance with the Economic and Financial Plan; • Management of the Plant and Provision of Services in compliance, inter alia, with all applicable regulations, Authorizations, Convention and Management Specifications and in accordance with the Economic and Financial Plan, for the entire duration of the Management Phase

Management of the plant and provision of Services in compliance, inter alia, with all applicable regulations, Authorizations, Convention and Management Specifications and in accordance with the Economic and Financial Plan, for the entire duration of the Management Phase
