Consulting services for the use of intelligent tools for inbound marketing, database marketing and task force (commercial sales force) that allow identification and registration on the portal www.portalento.es and / or the Integra SME tool of Andalusia, Asturias, Canary Islands, Castilla La Mancha, Extremadura, Galicia, Region of Murcia within the framework that represents the execution and management of the Operational Program of Social Inclusion and Social Economy, co-financed by the European Social Fund.

Tasks or activities to be carried out by the winner.

The main activities to be performed by the provider and resources that will be required are:

a) Advise and support in the implementation of a strategy to attract SMEs in the market for hiring people with disabilities, with special focus on digital channels and inbound marketing;

b) The winner will provide a database of companies in the selected Autonomous Communities and demonstrable experience in attracting SMEs in other sectors;

c) Support in the coordination of the project and monitoring of advances in the recruitment of SMEs with the platforms and systems of Insert employment: execution of the proposed strategy with their own means and specific subcontracting, by the hand of the technicians of Inserta in the CCAA mentioned;

d) Collection plan, which must incorporate the following services:

to. Conceptualization of the argumentation of sale and production of general digital materials that allow attracting the employer to the Portalento.es platform where the conversion occurs;

b. Creative concept generation and general message;

C. Production of general materials: web / landing page form, banners, social media ads;

d. Digital media plan: Programmatic display banners, Sectorial display banners; Google Adwords; Social Ads; Video marketing;

and. Content strategy: elaboration of more extensive and worked messages and content, E-mail marketing, Social media, Blogging, Automation;

For the recruitment plan, the products and campaign for SMEs promoted by Fundación Once will be taken into account, which will be made available to the winning entity;

e) Call center: the winner will also provide the call-center capabilities to contact and activate SMEs. Activation of an external call center for the management and pre-filtering of potential companies from the database exploitation, the visualizations of the Inserta messages dispersed in the target's own digital ecosystem, or the traffic of visits to the Portalento platform. is.

The commercial device (call center operators + on-site visitors) will have a minimum of 20 professionals during the contract execution period;

f) Registration: The supplier must register the SME in the 'Integra' database of Inserta and / or help the SME to register at www.portalento.es.

The new companies, employers and entities that are captured in this service must be registered by the supplier in Integra, so the provider will previously verify that it is not registered in the Insert Employment database (by verifying its CIF). To do this, you will have access to Integra (Computer Management Tool for Insert Employment).

Integra is the accessible computer application of Inserta for the labor intermediation of people with disabilities, such access does not imply any additional cost for the contractor.

The bidder in its proposal will guarantee at all times the fulfillment of the security and confidentiality requirements of the current regulations on data protection, applicable in the access and provision of the service described in this specification, not being able to reuse or share, nor save the data of companies, entities and employers used in this project being this data property of Insert Employment.

For this, in the proposal submitted by the tenderer, it must ensure that the equipment used for access to Integra as well as for the provision of this service, guarantee the security control of the functions developed and make it impossible to print, copy and / or use the data for other purposes than the strict ones described in the object of this contract.

These security requirements will be considered as an essential element of the provision of the service, reserving the right to inspection.
