The subject of this award is the rental of multifunction pressure equipment in two different performance classes (see Appendix Bill of Quantities, Table Sheet 2 "Performance Classes") including maintenance and service with a term of 5 years for both HZB locations (Berlin-Adlershof and Berlin-Wannsee).

The client rents a total of 62 multifunction printing devices in two performance classes and different configurations.

For all multifunction printing devices, the corresponding service, consumables and any required software are part of the scope of service.

The term of the contract is 5 years.

Multifunction pressure equipment by performance class:

• 44 LK 1 multifunction printing devices

• 18 LK 2 multifunction printers
