On the site of the planned colliery park "Friedrich Heinrich", two buildings for exhibition, training and educational offerings are to be created within the framework of the urban development Kamp-Lintforts with the "Erlebnispedagogisches Zentrum Niederrhein" (EPZN) and the "GreenFabLab" (GFL). The intended locations of the two planned buildings are located at the respective ends of the elongated park. A large number of future visitors to the area will experience the planned buildings as the start or end point of their visit to the park.
