The target of the procurement is a service for the maintenance and servicing of dynamic passenger information equipment concerning all station/field equipment owned and operated by Fintraffic Raide Oy at the train stations, their parts, structures and instruments that are part of or part of the RAMI passenger information system.
The service provider must monitor, maintain, repair, maintain operations and carry out small-scale construction of the station and field equipment covered by the service.
A more detailed description of the object of procurement and the requirements set for it are presented in Appendix 1, a description of the object of procurement and in other procurement documents.
As a rule, the maintenance area is always located at the railway station for passenger traffic and at the platforms, stations, gateways or tunnels of the platforms in its railway area or in the vicinity of the railway station. In addition, part of the maintenance work is carried out in the client's various control and office premises, equipment rooms, travel centres connected to stations, larger shopping centres or comparable commercial and public premises, where either equipment belonging to the passenger information system or control systems are located.
The service and maintenance tasks can be divided into three categories, each of which the service provider must take care of in the scope and content presented:
1. Annual maintenance, testing, cleaning and documentation inspection of station and field equipment
2. Planned servicing, repair, maintenance, cleaning, testing, commissioning, software update, maintenance and various small-scale construction work of station and field equipment
3. Ticketed, reported acute station and field equipment service, repair and maintenance work assignments received on the service provider's SPOC / electronic service portal or faults and malfunctions detected by the service provider from the control and management systems.
The service provider must monitor, maintain, repair, maintain operations and carry out small-scale construction of the station and field equipment covered by the service. The service and maintenance service, as well as the measures, work and materials included in it, must be monitored and managed with the help of an electronic monitoring system.
The maintenance area for passenger information field equipment is the whole of Finland and designated railway traffic locations. In 2022, there will be a total of 185 passenger train traffic locations operating, and a total of approximately 1200 different display devices will be available at these stations.
