This contract concerns the carrying out of plumbing work in housing and buildings owned by the Office pour l'habitat Cannes Pays de Lérins as part of maintenance work and major repairs (the list of sites concerned is attached to the consultation file).

The consultation will result in a framework agreement with single-awarding purchase orders.

Work relating to the routine maintenance of dwellings is processed at unit price on the basis of the quantities actually carried out.

For the initial period, the minimum amount is EUR 50,000.00 and the maximum amount is EUR 450,000.00.

The amounts are identical for the renewal periods.

The initial duration of the framework agreement is 14 months. It runs from 1 November 2023 until 31/12/2024

The following periods will be:

P2 : from 01/01/2025 to 31/12/2025

P3 : from 01/01/2026 to 31/12/2026
