2. The scope and conditions of the contract - a detailed description of the subject of the contract, are specified in the appendices to the SWZ:

1) Essential Provisions of the Agreement (also called IPU) - constituting Appendix No. 8 to SWZ,

2) Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order (also called SZOPZ) - constituting an addition

No. 9 to SWZ.
