1. The subject of the proceedings is the purchase (delivery) and unloading of fuel, i.e. walnut-type hard coal, eco-peas for SDOO Słupia Wielka and subordinate Plants in the amount and with the parameters indicated in the SWZ.

The subject of the contract within the scope of task No. 1 concerns the delivery of 150 tons of hard coal of the "walnut" type with the following parameters:

- uziarnienie 25-80mm

- minimum calorific value > 22.000 KJ/kg

- maximum ash content 12,0 %

- maximum sulphur content up to 1.7%

The subject of the contract within the scope of task No. 2 concerns the delivery of 150 tons of coal of the "eco-pea" type of peas plus with the following parameters:

- grain size: up to 31.5 mm

- calorific value: > 26.000 Kj/kg

- ash content up to 12 %

- sulphur content: up to 1,2 %

The subject of the contract within the scope of task No. 3 concerns the delivery of 250 tons of hard coal of the "walnut" type with the following parameters:
