LOT NO. 2 “ENTRUSTING THE SCHOOL TRANSPORT SERVICE FOR THE PUPILS OF THE PRIMARY SCHOOLS OF THE PRIMARY SCHOOL OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF MONTOPOLI VAL D'ARNO FOR THE PERIOD FROM 01.01.2022 AT 31.12.2023” - C.I.G. FATHER 884295909F

For the purposes of Article 35 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, the total value of the contract including the possible renewal of two years and the technical extension amounts to total Euro 802.886.07 (excluding VAT) of which Euro 349 080.90 as an auction base (excluding VAT), Euro 349,080.90 (excluding VAT) for the renewal of two school years and Euro 104,724.27 (excluding VAT) for the so-called technical extension (maximum 6 months of service).

The total amount of the tender contract was calculated on the basis of an alleged estimate of the total kilometers traveled for the duration of the contract multiplied by the alleged price per Km. equal to Euro 2,45 (excluding VAT).

The alleged total of Km. corresponding to N. 142,482 is divided as follows:

- Management of the Ordinary Service - for a total estimate of km. 138,690 calculated for the duration of the two school years commensurate with an alleged total commitment of n. 6,332 hours;

- Management of the Support Service — for a total estimate of 3,792 Km calculated for the duration of the two school years commensurate with an alleged total commitment of n. 173 hours.

For the purposes of art. 35 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, the total value of the contract including any renewal of two years amounts to a total of Euro 720,811.80 (excluding VAT) of which Euro 360,405.90 as an auction basis (excluding VAT) and 360,405.90 Euro (excluding VAT) for the renewal of two school years.

The total amount of the contract was calculated on the basis of an alleged estimate of the total kilometers traveled for the duration of the contract multiplied by the tender amount of €3.33 is at the net of VAT.

The alleged total total of Km for the period 01.01.2022 to 31.12.2023 is equal to km 108,230 commensurate with an alleged commitment of approximately 5,504 for alleged n° 2,752 per year, is divided as follows:

- Management of the ordinary service of the paths of the school transport of pupils enrolled in the public kindergarten, primary and secondary schools of the Municipality of Montopoli in Val d'Arno, annual km alleged 52,115

- Supplementary services, alleged 2,000 km per year

- Management of the support service for the initiatives of schools for kindergartens, primary and secondary schools;

- Management of outputs to support summer activities (solar fields).
