Speech recognition system (Dragon Medical Direct licenses) according to § 19 Abs. 1 S. 1 Nr. 3 KHSFV (Förderungatbestand 3 des KHZG) with training, maintenance and care, conversion of existing licenses, microphones (Philips SpeechMike Premium USB, LFH3500/00) etc. for the locations: Albertinen-Krankenhaus/Albertinen-Haus gemeinnützige GmbH, Evangelisches Amalie Sieveking-Krankenhaus gemeinnützige GmbH, Immanuel-Krankenhaus GmbH, Krankenhaus und Poliklinik Rüdersdorf GmbH, Krankenhaus Bernau GmbH.

The speech recognition system should be available throughout the company. In addition to the general medical vocabulary, the radiology vocabulary should also be available. The introduced product must comply with the requirements of the section Automated and language-based documentation of the Förderungatbestand 3 KHZG (§19 Ab2. 1 Satz 1 Nr.3 KHSFV). For hygienic reasons, the equipment with input devices (handheld microphone / headset) should be personal. Furthermore, a purchase of licenses and no rental or software-as-a-service model is to be offered.

The products offered must meet the requirements of KHZG Förderatbestand 3. (See paragraph 9 of 08_Leistungsbeschreibung). It is expressly pointed out that all requirements listed there with the priority "must" K.O. are criteria in the sense of exclusion criteria, the non-compliance of which leads to the exclusion of the offer (See section 9 of 08_Leistungsbeschreibung).

Currently, the Nuance Dragon Medical Direct (DMD) product is already in use as a speech recognition system. A central Nuance Management Server and two Dragon Medical servers are operated exclusively for this purpose. This central IT infrastructure across all clinics and the associated cross-hospital and uniform operating concept require that the products specified in the service description are to be offered.

It should be noted that 89 licenses with correspondingly associated language profiles are already in use. In detail:

A total of 26 existing Dragon Medical Practice Edition (DMPE) licenses must be converted to Dragon Medical Direct (DMD) licenses. Here, 3 are to be assigned to the general medical vocabulary and 23 to the radiological vocabulary. Care and maintenance of these converted licenses must be taken over by the contractor. In addition, there are already 63 DMD licenses (Dragon Medical Direct). Takeover, care and maintenance of these licenses must also be provided by the contractor.

It is therefore imperative to note that there is a device landscape in which it is technically necessary that the product to be procured can be integrated without complications. For these technical reasons, only the use of a speech recognition solution within the central data center is possible.

-Conversion DMPE (Dragon Medical Practice Edition) to DMD (Dragon Medical Direct) licenses, for general medical vocabulary

-Conversion DMPE (Dragon Medical Practice Edition) into DMD (Dragon Medical Direct) licenses, for radiological vocabulary

-Transfer of maintenance & servicing of existing licenses (after conversion of DMPE licenses into DMD licenses and additional transfer of existing DMD licenses) for the general medical vocabulary

-Transfer of maintenance & servicing of existing licenses (after conversion of DMPE licenses into DMD licenses) for the radiological vocabulary

-Optional: migration of old profiles if necessary

-Purchase of Philips SpeechMike Premium USB, LFH3500/00

-Introductory training for new users (two dates per client)
