The subject of the Order is:

1. provision of the GSM Service by the Contractor, described in detail in part II. I Appendix No. 1 to the draft provisions of the agreement, constituting Annex No. 7 to the SWZ (hereinafter: p.p.u.),

2. provision of the Convergent Telephony Service by the Contractor, described in detail in part II. II Appendix No. 1 to the Bankruptcy Act,

3. sale to the Ordering Party and delivery by the Contractor of brand new Equipment, in accordance with the requirements described in part II. III Appendix No. 1 to the Ordering Party, to the location of the Ordering Party according to the quantitative statement of Equipment constituting Annex 6 to the Equipment Act,

4. providing the Contracting entity with an Internet system (application) for managing the Ordering Party's accounts in the Contractor's network during the period of provision of GSM Services, in accordance with the detailed manner of using the system by the Contracting entity and its functional scope specified in part II. IV Appendix No. 1 to the Bankruptcy Act,

5. Collection and disposal of telephones every 6 months on the terms described in part II V of Appendix No. 1 to the p.p.u.

1. The subject of the order is:

1.4. providing the Ordering Party with an Internet system (application) for managing the Ordering Party's accounts in the Contractor's network during the period of provision of GSM Services, in accordance with the detailed manner of using the system by the Contracting entity and its functional scope specified in part II. IV Appendix No. 1 to the Bankruptcy Act,

1.5. Collection and disposal of telephones every 6 months on the terms described in part II V of Appendix No. 1 to the p.p.u.

2. The Contracting Authority requires that the performance of the subject of the contract takes place on the terms and conditions specified in the Public Procurement Law together with the attachments, constituting Annex 7 to the SWZ.
