The purpose of this European tender is to select a (combination of) service provider(s) that makes a (cloud) solution for the arithmetic-mathematics test-Pabo available on the basis of user rights and is/are able to support the VH in a flexible manner in the (phased) implementation and management of the application software, within the preconditions and scope to be set, where the implemented system provides optimal support.

Within the scope of this assignment are the following elements:

• User right solution (licenses);

• SaaS;

• Hosting solution;

• Management solution (maintenance and technical support through, among other things, helpdesk);

• Provide user and functional management instruction / training for the solution;

• Transfer from current item banks to new client;

• Implementation of the solution.

• Construct tests, make assignments in accordance with the desired level.

The reke-mathematics test pabo was taken 17,764 times in the academic year 2020-2021. The test was taken one or more times by 12,898 different candidates. These students come from 32 branches of pabo's.
