The contract has as its object the execution of the works for the CONSTRUCTION OF A BRIDGE OVER THE SERCHIO RIVER FOR THE ROAD CONNECTION BETWEEN THE S.S. n ° 12 "brenner and Abetone" AND THE S.P. n ° 1 "Francigena" IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF LUCCA, as well as in the execution of all the provisions contained in the Safety and Coordination Plan, drawn up pursuant to Articles. 90 and 100 of Legislative Decree no. 81/2008 and subsequent amendments, which is an integral part of the project. The contract includes all the works, services, supplies and supplies necessary to give the work completely completed in a perfect working order and according to the conditions established by the Special Tender Specifications, with the technical, qualitative and quantitative characteristics provided for by the project and placed on the basis of the tender with the relative technical and economic annexes, of which the contractor declares to have taken complete and exact knowledge.

The Contracting Station with deliberative decree no. 41 of 23/06/2022 has taken note of the new overall Economic Framework of the project for the construction of the Bridge over the Serchio River whose amount is € 27,000,000 and to acknowledge that the execution of the work can also take place in two phases of which:

- the first concerning the construction of the main work consisting of the bridge over the Serchio River and the entire access road that from the Via del Brennero is linked to the SP1 Francigena whose Economic Framework, in the light of the new prices, amounts to a total of € 23,300,000 whose work makes the work potentially usable;

- the second concerning some complementary processes that perfect the work itself in all its components as designed, whose Economic Framework amounts to € 3,700,000.00 and which will be carried out once the resources have been identified whose allocation will be formalized through variation of the financial planning acts.

Given the current financial situation, following the tender, the works relating to the amount contained in Phase 1 of the Economic Framework, a sum already available in the budget, may be entrusted, while the works relating to Phase 2 can be entrusted only once the availability of the relative resources has been ascertained in the manner provided for by the current Code of Contracts.

With regard to the description of the works, reference should be made to the drawings of the executive project to which reference is made. The contract consists of the following categories of work:

1) PREVALENT: Structural steel components: OS18A - € 11.425.812,06 - Class. VII - 59.08%

2) SEPARABLE: Roads, highways, bridges, viaducts, railways, subways: OG 3 - € 6.058.477,96 - Class.VI - 31,33%

3) SEPARABLE: Special structural works: OS 21 - € 956.479,09 - Class. III - 4.95%

4) SEPARABLE: Special structural equipment - OS 11 - € 407.848,23 - Class. II - 2.11%

5) SEPARABLE: River works, defense, hydraulic arrangement and reclamation: OG 8 - € 363.757,92 - II - 1,88%

6) NOT SEPARABLE: Barriers and road protections: OS12A - € 125.662,09 - I - 0,65%
