SAFRAN Makila 1A1 engine overhaul services for one (1) engine and accessories.

The Air Patrol Squadron of the Finnish Border Guard (later as the Contracting Authority or the buyer): requests Makila overhaul with applicable accessories overhaul and repair services for one (1) engine. During the term of the Agreement, the seller shall undertake at its facilities; engine and engine accessories storage, maintenance and repair services upon and according to the terms, conditions and provisions provided in the draft Agreement. During the term of the Agreement, the buyer shall, pursuant to the scope of services in the Agreement and upon an exclusive basis, undertake, to contract the same to the seller, upon and according to the terms, conditions and provisions provided in the draft Agreement.
