Lot 1 natural stone incl. Subfloors (component total)

Screed and floor coverings are to be carried out in the new construction and conversion areas:

- Cement screed as composite screed about 780 m 2

- Cement screed with TSD / WD approx. 660 m 2

- Heating screed about 1 300 m 2

- Natural stone covering approx. 3,600 m 2

- Indicators in natural stone, ribs and studs about 7 620 pieces

- Indicators on steps, metal angles approx. 500 m.

In the inventory, the cast stone paver is to be worked up in about 10 staircases.
