The contract concerns the processing services, pursuant to articles 181 and 216 of Legislative Decree No. 152 of 3.4.2006, n. 152 and subsequent amendments, including the transport to the plants of destiny of municipal waste differentiated, to be carried out with the procedures set out in the tender specifications and for the quantities estimated and indicated in the tender specifications.
Lot 1 — Treatment services with waste transport CER 20.01.38 and 15.01.03The purpose of the contract is the treatment service aimed at recovery, pursuant to articles 181 and 216 of Legislative Decree No. 152 of 3.4.2006, n. 152 et s.m.i., including transport to plants of destiny, of waste identified with CER code 20 01 38 (wood other than that referred to in 20 01 37*) and CER 15 01 03 (wooden packaging), to be carried out in the manner set out in this tender specifications and for estimated quantities indicated in the tender specification.
The contractor must directly collect the waste from the plants located in Regione Nosere, Z.I. — 28845 Domodossola (VB) and in Prato Michelaccio, 28802 Mergozzo (VB), with the modes and times specified, loading operations are carried out by ConSer VCO SpA.
Lot 2 — Waste treatment services CER 20.03.03The purpose of the contract is the treatment service aimed at recovery, pursuant to articles 181 and 216 of Legislative Decree No. 152 of 3.4.2006, n. 152 et s.m.i., including transport to plants of destiny, of waste identified with CER code 20 03 03 (road cleaning residues), to be carried out in the manner set out in this tender specifications and for the estimated quantities indicated in the notice and regulations of race.
The contractor must arrange for the withdrawal directly at the waste treatment center located in Regione Nosere, Z.I. — 28845 Domodossola (VB), with the methods and times specified, the loading operations are carried out by ConSer VCO SpA.
