The outdoor swimming pool, built in the early 1970s, has been in need of major renovation and modernization after more than 40 years of operation.

This affects the buildings, the technical equipment and the outdoor facilities.

Design approach:

Generally:

- In order to make the operation of the outdoor swimming pool more economical, the water area is currently approx 2 at 985 m 2 reduced,

- The terrace character of the outdoor pool should be preserved,

- complete renovation of the outdoor facilities,

- Construction of a new filter building.

Trade 16: Paving work - consisting mainly of the following services:

- approx. 2,800.00 m 2 Laying concrete paving stones and slabs,

- install approx. 500.00 m concrete wall sliding / angle stones of different sizes,

- install approx. 245.00 m concrete block steps,

- Install approx. 70.00 pc of bicycle mounting brackets,

- Install approx. 275.00 m of wire mesh fence,

- Install approx. 245.00 m of chain link fence.
