The procedure concerns the identification of the company to be authorized, pursuant to art. 17 paragraph 2 of Law 84/94 (hereinafter Law), to the provision of temporary port work in the district of competence of the Port System Authority of the Sea of Western Sicily.

Overall, 81 units are needed for all ports in the System.

In particular, workers must possess the following qualifications:

a) 11 mechanical workers/drivers (forklift, excavator and crane);

(b) 36 persons lashing/lashing and handling vehicles/motor vehicles;

(c) 30 operators operating port/fifth wheel tractors;

d) 04 container handlers.

These ratings/qualifications may be held by the same worker.

Since this is a labour supply, which is therefore labour-intensive, the social clause is envisaged.
