The purpose of this consultation is to rebuild the Langres Hospital Centre on the site of the BSMAT in Langres. More specifically, it concerns the design, construction, development, upkeep and maintenance of the Langres Hospital Centre.

The contract will include the following services:

-Conception : diag / apd / pc, autorisations administratives / efea / std, flj, ... / pro / cssi / syn / exe / det /aor / commissionnement / gpa / bim ;

-VRD and Building Works;

-Care and Maintenance for one year after receipt.

the contract concluded will be a global sectoral contract in accordance with the provisions of Article L2171-5 of the Public Order Code.
