Sykehuset i Vestfold HF has a general aim to enter into a contract for the procurement and maintenance of a system for an electronic tool and psychometric instrument for clinical work and research. The aim of such a system is to get an electronic measuring and mapping tool for obtaining and systematising data on patients' treatments, research purposes, as well as other suitable purposes. The system can also be offered as a service/operated by the tenderer.

The objective of the procurement of an electronic measuring and mapping tool is to get an available tool for the measurements needed in patient treatment, quality work and research. The expectations for such a coordinated platform include, amongst other things, the following gains:

— Minor manual registration work;

— Quicker and simpler access to the necessary information;

— Data will be more accessible for patient treatment, management information, reporting and research.
