Single-awarding framework agreement split with purchase orders without minimum and with maximum annual amount of 53,000 euros (excluding tax). Incidentally, this framework agreement may also be executed in part by the conclusion of subsequent contracts for specific needs that are not identified in the framework agreement but corresponding to the scope of the services.

This framework agreement will take effect from 1 September 2023 for a period of one year, tacitly renewable three times, i.e. for a maximum period of 4 years.

the purpose of the consultation is the maintenance of the Fluid Technical Installations of QUAI M.

The description of the maintenance services and their technical specifications are defined in the Cctp.

The quai m is a cultural building for musical activities of recent construction. It is composed of 2 broadcast rooms of 198 and 874 seats as well as 5 rehearsal studios) on nearly 3,000 m2 of surface.

This cultural building of about 3000 m2 includes:

- 1 boiler room of 200 kW with 1 gas boiler

- 1 Refrigeration production

- 4 air handling units in technical room

- 1 compensation box with hot water battery

- 3 split-system air conditioning units

- 5 fan convectors

- 3 ventilation extractors

- 2 Ep lift pumps

- 1 set of control equipment

- 14 auto-controlled fire dampers with position carryover
