Each project owner will entrust the selected project manager with a basic MOP (rehabilitation) mission with diagnostic studies and a visa.

The OPC mission is shown in an optional tranche.

The program concerns the rehabilitation of a housing complex of 108 collective dwellings located in Orléans in the La Source district (69 dwellings belong to Logemloiret and 39 dwellings belong to 3F Center-Val de Loire).

The estimated work envelopes are as follows:

- LogemLoiret: 2,291,490.00 EUR excl.

- 3F Center-Val de Loire: 1,100,000.00 EUR excl.

The candidate team must justify, either internally or through a grouping of the following minimum skills:

- an architect registered with the order;

- a fluid bet;

- a thermal bet;

- a bet structure;

- OPC (Opqibi 0302 qualification or equivalent).
