The building has reached its technical service life and is in great need of major structural renovation and replacement of all technical installations.

In order for the business to be able to function during the renovation period, the contract includes the construction of a temporary fire station of modules and tents at the designated location at St. Göran's Hospital. De-establishment of the temporary fire station and restoration of land are also included.
