Aalto University (later also “Aalto”, "Contracting authority" and “Customer”) is procuring an eIDAS (Regulation (EU) No 910/2014) compliant service for electronic signatures as a service (SaaS, later also "Service"). The signing needs are ranging from a simple click-to-sign to advanced electronic signatures confirmed via bank ID or mobile certificate and everything in between. The signatories will be both Aalto internal employees and students as well as external stakeholders from all over the world. The service needs to be efficient, intuitive, user-friendly and accessible. Please see more detail in Appendix 1 Subject matter of the procurement.
