The subject of the contract includes:

a) production of road asphalt,

b) the minimum amount of a single delivery to the headquarters of the Employer is 5 Mg,

c) delivery of road asphalt, means of transport at the Contractor's disposal at his expense,

d) delivery of road asphalt below 5 Mg with heated tanks, included in the price for the subject of the order,

e) road asphalt must comply with PN-EN 12591: 2010 or newer.
