The subject of this contract is the purchase, delivery and assembly of office furniture, social furniture, office armchairs, chairs, couches laboratory chairs for the University Veterinary Polyclinic of the University of Agriculture Hugo Kołłątaj in Krakow, hereinafter referred to as "furniture" in the scope of the following partial tasks:

Task No. 1: Purchase, delivery and assembly of office and social furniture. University Veterinary Polyclinic of the Hugo Kołłątaj University of Agriculture in Krakow, Krakowska 2 (30-199 Rząska).

Task No. 2: Purchase, delivery and assembly of office chairs, chairs, sofas, laboratory chairs. University Veterinary Polyclinic of the Hugo Kołłątaj University of Agriculture in Krakow, 2 Krakowska Street in Rząska (30-199 Rząska).

Purchase, delivery and assembly of office and social furniture. University Veterinary Polyclinic of the Hugo Kołłątaj University of Agriculture in Krakow, Krakowska 2 (30-199 Rząska).
