The contract awarded under the competitive procedure with negotiation aims to:
- improving the energy and environmental performance of dwellings with the general objective of obtaining the BBC renovation label after requalification and reducing the costs incurred by the maintenance and operation of these buildings,
- the rehabilitation of existing structures to ensure, after their completion, an operation of these buildings in accordance with their medium and long term destination,
- improving the accessibility and adaptation of housing to aging occupants,
- the transformation of the architectural aspect of the building and its surroundings.
