The subject of the contract are services including felling, tree picking and assortment production as well as felling of trees and shrubs on open surfaces with leaving the mass on the site of felling, to be performed in the Lębork Forest District in connection with the construction of sections of the S6 Słupsk-Bożepole Wielkie road, Task 5. in Leśnice (without a junction) – in Bożepole Wielkie (without a junction) in accordance with the Act of 10 April 2003 on specific rules for the preparation and implementation of investments in the field of roads public (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 176, as amended) (Articles 20b, 21, 21a). The subject of the order has been divided into parts ("Package"). Term of the contract: 30 days from the signing of the contract, but not earlier than from the date on which the decision of the Pomeranian Voivode on the permit for the implementation of the road investment (ZRID) will be issued. Felling work may not be carried out in the period from 01 March 2023 to 15 October 2023. This means that 30 days should be counted outside the above period.
