This contract aims to purchase hydraulic equipment of the most modern technology. For that reason, the technical descriptions were only specified to a limited extent with dimensions, weights, performance, .... The tenders are intended to provide the necessary information and to enable a comparison to be drawn up between the various suppliers when assessing the award criteria.

These are tools for everyday applications. The simplicity and handling of the devices is therefore extremely important. The largest and most powerful devices included in a manufacturer's range are not necessarily sought, as in some cases they are intended for "heavy" assistance and are thus more likely to be part of the loading of a specialised vehicle. Appliances with a weight higher than 25 kg are not eligible under any circumstances as they are considered "too heavy" for daily use.
