The subject of the contract is the collection, transport and management of the entire stream of municipal waste generated in the Municipality of Kłomnice, i.e.: from inhabited properties, including collection of large-size waste from in front of the property, from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point, the Ordering Party does not allow the possibility of collecting municipal waste commissioned by the Ordering Party together with waste from another municipality or with any other waste. a) The Ordering Party informs that when collecting and managing the waste that is the subject of the contract, the quantities given are the minimum quantities to be valued in the offer, i.e. Minimum order value for non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste: 1 380 (t) Minimum order value for segregated waste: 2 720 (t) b) If the amount of waste is greater than specified in the offer form, the Ordering Party may exercise the right of option and may increase the scope of the subject of the contract up to the maximum value calculated below, provided, however, that this is a right that may or may not be exercised as necessary. Maximum contract value for non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste 20% : 1656.00 (t) Maximum contract value for segregated waste 20% : 3 264 (t) c) The Ordering Party informs that when collecting and managing waste that is the subject of the contract, it applies the right of option (Article 441 of the PPL Act). This means that the given quantities are minimum quantities that should be valued in the price offer (both the number of inhabitants as well as the amount of waste are minimum amounts, which values are guaranteed to be realized during the term of the subject of the contract) If the amount of waste is greater than specified in the price form, the Ordering Party has the right to option to increase the subject of the contract to the maximum value, however, provided that this is his right, which he may or may not exercise, as appropriate. d) The Ordering Party does not allow the possibility of collecting municipal waste commissioned by the Ordering Party together with waste from another municipality or with any other waste. e) A detailed description of the elements of the subject of the contract listed in point 3 is attached as Annex 2 to the SWZ – Description of the subject of the Order (OPZ)
