Kinect Energy AS is implementing a competition for the supply of electric power on behalf of the contracting authority the Norwegian Directorate for Children, Youth and Family Affairs.

Contract period: 1.1.2020 — 31.12.2021.

The contracting authority invites tenderers to a competition for a framework agreement for the procurement of electricity.

The contract must include all facilities owned by the municipalities.

The tenderer must supply electricity in accordance with the following specifications:

Volume: approx. 6.3 GWh

Number of facilities: 120

Grid owners: various — see the attached list of facilities

Prices shall be collected in accordance with the attached price form.

Statutory trade of electrical certificates shall be managed by the tenderer and must be included in the mark-up.
