The CACL exercises the competence of managing and collecting household waste throughout its territory (Cayenne, Macouria, Matoury, Montsinéry-Tonnegrande, Rémire-Montjoly, Roura). The waste collection service includes:
1) a service for the collection of household garbage and door-to-door recyclables,
2) a service for the collection of bulky and green waste,
3) a voluntary intake column glass collection service,
4) a waste disposal service: two waste mills in operation in Remire-Montjoly and Cayenne and two others in programming on Macouria and Matoury.
This contract concerns only those points 1 and 2 referred to above are the subject of the contract. The services covered by the contract are carried out in the six member municipalities of the CACL: Cayenne, Macouria, Matoury, Montsinery-Tonnégrande, Rémire-Montjoly, Roura.

Collection of green and bulky waste sector Rémire-Montjoly — Matoury — Roura and CocoaFor the batch 3 green and bulky waste sector Rémire-Montjoly — Matoury — Roura and Cacao, the grantee undertakes to reserve for the entire collection services (five years), 2,310 hours for the benefit of those in integration (see To eligible audiences).
