Summer and winter maintenance of outdoor areas as well as cleaning and maintenance of green areas in PGE Energia Ciepła SA, PGE Paliwa Sp. z o. o. ZEW Kogeneracja SA

The subject of the order are: "Summer and winter maintenance services for outdoor areas as well as cleaning and maintenance of green areas at PGE Energia Ciepła SA, PGE Paliwa Sp. z o. o., Zespół Elektrociepłowiska Wrocławskich Kogeneracja SA ”, divided into 6 parts.

The subject of the contract is to maintain in good condition external areas in the form of sidewalks, roads, squares and other paved areas (technological trenches, etc.), green areas, including areas within railway sidings and other Ordering facilities, in particular maintaining cleanliness and order in these areas, while in the winter counteracting the slippery winter surface, and during the occurrence of snowfall and after their cessation, removing snow and sprinkling the surface with sand, salt, mixtures thereof or other roughing material in agreement and in accordance with the Employer's guidelines. A detailed description of the subject of the Order is attached as Annex 1 to the ToR.
