The objective of this study is to improve knowledge of the infrastructures and of the functioning of the entire drinking water supply system in order to define the work or action priorities on the basis of a global approach. This master plan will thus be supplemented by taking into account the health risks from production to distribution on the basis of a diagnosis of the existing situation integrating the organizational aspects of the service within the framework of a WSP.
Master plan incorporating a water sanitary security management plan (PGSSE)Lot 1 contract will be broken down into phases defined below:
- phase 1: inventory of existing infrastructure;
- phase 2: proposal of technical security scenarios;
- phase 3: deepening of the hydraulic knowledge of the networks;
- phase 4: heritage study component;
- phase 5: establishment of a water sanitary security management plan (PGSSE);
- phase 6: establishment of the programming of the master plan - variant required 1: statement of connections.
Drilling diagnosisLot 2 contract will be broken down into phases defined below:
- phase 1: inventory - knowledge of the structures;
- phase 2: borehole diagnosis - required variant 1: pump removal.
