The assignment already includes the supply of coffee with the associated appliances (on loan) as well as the maintenance on these appliances and the delivery of related products.

Since 2020, Zorgband Leie en Schelde is a welfare association that includes many different residential care centers, local service centers, day care center, assize homes, a rehabilitation hospital and many home care services.

At present, the contracts for the supply of coffee have been distributed among many suppliers. These contracts expire at the end of 2023.

In order to uniformly provide for the supply of coffee and accessories from 2024, this framework agreement will be launched.

The basic assignment of the future supplier will consist of supplying coffee with accompanying new coffee machines on loan for residents and staff of the various facilities within Zorgband Leie and Schelde.

The rental and maintenance of the appliances are included in the coffee price.

In addition, the future supplier will also take care of the supply of coffee with accompanying coffee machines for the cafeterias, meeting rooms and other consumption places within Zorgband Leie and Schelde.
