The services listed in the enclosed specification/price sheet are the estimated annual need for safety inspections and maintenance/repairs of all blackboards (approx. 2,100 pcs., all 4 lots) as well as the interactive whiteboards (approx. 600 pieces, all 4 lots) for the period from 01.02.2024 to 31.01.2025. After that, there is an option to extend it for a further three years, until 31.01.2028 at the latest.)

The quantities stated in the bill of quantities/price sheet are based on empirical values of recent years and are therefore only to be regarded as an imputed quantity. The actual volume incurred during the term of the contract depends on demand and can therefore vary. There is no entitlement to a guaranteed number of quantity call-offs during the term of the contract.
