Oslo Municipality c/o the Municipal Undertaking for Culture and Sports Facilities, hereafter called the contracting authority, invites tenderers to an open tender contest for the procurement of ‘New Tøyen Swimming Pool — air treatment work K360’. The New Tøyen Swimming Pool will replace the current Tøyen swimming pool. The new swimming pool is scheduled to be completed in the first quarter of 2024. The facility will contain both indoor facilities (approx. 15 000 m2) and an outdoor swimming pool. The project is divided into multiple contracts. This procurement comprises a contract for air treatment work for the establishment of the New Tøyen Swimming Pool, based on NS 8405, as well as Oslo Municipality's accompanying contract formula. The work requires special coordination with the contract for the delivery and assembly of steel pools and the water treatment installations for all the pools, as well as outside and inside slides. K360 includes work with:

1) process cooling; and

2) air treatment:

(a) process cooling includes cooling installations and freezer installations,

(b) air treatment includes air treatment systems and aggregates, ventilation, fume collection, emergency ventilation, etc.
