Documents are downloaded from SAP (ArchiveLink and records management documents) according to predefined criteria and registration of documents currently under revision in SAP by the client or by a service provider commissioned by the client. These documents also include META data in a CSV that is still to be reconciled).

The contractor is expected to check and mark documents downloaded from SAP for critical content. These documents and the critical pages of the documents must be marked for subsequent processing.

A suitable and easy-to-use tool for automatic, semi-automatic or manual revision of the identified critical documents and pages is expected.

These documents also include META data in a format that is still to be reconciled (e.g. CSV).

The contractor is expected to check and mark documents downloaded from SAP for critical content. These documents and the critical pages of the documents must be marked for subsequent processing.

A suitable and easy-to-use tool for automatic, semi-automatic or manual revision of the identified critical documents and pages is expected. After the revision, the documents and associated META data must be made available in a suitable form for uploading to SAP and processing the META data.

After the documents have been revised, they are registered as revised by the client or by a service provider commissioned by the client as revised in SAP, marked as correct, exchanged or deleted depending on the revision result.
