Financing IT components and software through a leasing framework agreement
The subject matter of the tender is a framework agreement for financial leasing. The financial service applies to IT components and software to be procured during the term of the lease contract.
The performance consists of a lot with a title in three parts:
o Lot: Financial services for commercially available IT devices and standard software
o Title: Framework agreement 24 months
o Part 1: Minimum lease term conditions 36 months
o Part 2: Minimum lease term conditions 48 months
o Part 3: Minimum lease term conditions 60 months
The leasing framework agreement is concluded for a period of two years.
The leasing contract therefore runs for 24 months in the period from 15.04.2022 to 14.03.2024, with a two-time extension option for 12 months each.
Individual services are called up on the basis of and under the terms of the framework agreement. The investment volume to be financed without VAT during the basic term (across all terms of the individual leases) of the framework agreement is:

In the table, the guaranteed minimum purchase quantity is shown in column 2. The bidding company has an acceptance guarantee in the sense of a minimum purchase from the minimum purchase quantity defined above.
Column 3 of the table shows the maximum possible quantity, including the minimum purchase quantity. This leasing volume was determined by the client taking into account ongoing and future planned projects as well as requirements that cannot yet be specified.
In principle, the following component groups can be used for the respective rental tickets in the 3 parts:
o Part 1: Minimum lease term conditions 36 months
o Network components such as firewall systems
o Part 2: Minimum lease term conditions 48 months
o Client hardware such as notebooks, PCs, TFTs
o Part 3: Minimum lease term conditions 60 months
o Networked storage and server systems
o Media technology and switches
The above list is not exhaustive, but serves to better calculate the leasing rates to be offered.
