Successive delivery of brand new, complete, efficient adapters and overlays for remote reading of water meters in the area of operation of the ordering party based on the technology of data transmission using the GSM network and data transmission from water meters settled by the ordering party, to the IT system used by the ordering party together with the telecommunications service and making the obtained data available in the IT system used by the ordering party
