As the project sponsor for the city of Hennigsdorf, the client plans to build a functional swimming pool. The new functional swimming pool should consistently be based on the minimum requirements for public use, use by school and club swimming and health-promoting offers.

This tender includes lot 400 01 - heating and sanitary technology.

Heating technology:

- 1 piece of district heating transfer station approx. 650 kW including accessories,

- 1 piece cogeneration unit approx. 180 kW (thermal) including accessories,

- 1 piece DDC control including MSR and cable installations,

- 1 piece of heating buffer storage tank 5,000 liters,

- 1 piece of water heater as fresh water station (cascaded),

- 1 piece heating circuit distributor (6 heating circuits) including fittings, circulation pumps, MAG, and accessories,

- approx. 800 m steel pipe (welded / seamless) incl. Insulation,

- approx. 400 m 2 Underfloor heating including distributor and accessories.

Sanitary engineering:

- complete sanitary facility for assembly on supporting scaffolding,

- including fittings, accessories and accessories,

- Complete drinking water installation made of plastic composite pipe (approx. 1,500 m, DN 12 to DN 50) with fittings and connecting pieces,

- Complete waste water installation made of approved pipe material (approx. 250 m, DN 50 to DN 100) with shaped and connecting pieces,

- including complete insulation on pipelines.
