The subject of this contract is the COMPREHENSIVE SUPPLY OF HIGH-METHANE NATURAL GAS TYPE E AND NITRIDED NATURAL GAS TYPE LS FOR THE NEEDS OF THE PURCHASING GROUP OF THE SKARŻYSKO-KAMIENNA COMMUNE FOR THE FACILITIES INDICATED IN Annex 1 to SWZ. Order – comprehensive supply of natural gas to the facilities listed in Annex 1 to the SWZ: The estimated demand for natural gas in the period from 01.01.2023 to 31.12.2023 is 13 286 058.00 kWh. The costs of using the subject of the contract in the above-mentioned period consist of: a fee for the sale of gas, a subscription fee, a fixed distribution fee and a variable distribution fee.
The subject of this contract is the COMPREHENSIVE SUPPLY OF HIGH-METHANE NATURAL GAS TYPE E AND NITRIDED NATURAL GAS TYPE LS FOR THE NEEDS OF THE PURCHASING GROUP OF THE SKARŻYSKO-KAMIENNA COMMUNE FOR THE FACILITIES INDICATED IN Annex 1 to SWZ. Gas supply will take place on the basis of an agreement containing the provisions of the sales contract and the contract for the provision of gas transmission or distribution services (comprehensive agreement) and will be performed in accordance with the provisions of the Energy Law, the Civil Code and implementing regulations issued on their basis.
The Municipality of Skarżysko - Kamienna and the units listed in Annex 1 to the SWZ will conclude separate contracts resulting from this public procurement procedure under an unlimited tender procedure for the EXECUTION OF A COMPREHENSIVE SUPPLY OF HIGH-METHANE NATURAL GAS TYPE E AND NITRIDED NATURAL GAS TYPE LS FOR THE NEEDS OF THE PURCHASING GROUP OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF SKARŻYSKO-KAMIENNA. Detailed information on the conclusion of contracts by the Commune and its organizational units is included in Annex 1 to SWZ.
The Contracting Authority shall act on his own behalf and on the basis of a signed agreement (agreement for inspection at the premises of the Contracting Authority), on behalf of:
• Municipalities of Brody
• Municipalities of Copper Góra
• Municipalities of Wąchock
• Municipalities of Zagnańsk
• St. Hedwig Silesian Hospital in Trzebnica
As well as their organizational units, which are indicated in Annex 1 to the SWZ.
Order — Comprehensive supply of natural gas to the facilities listed in Annex 1 to SWZ:
The estimated demand for natural gas in the period from 01.01.2023 to 31.12.2023 is 13 286 058.00 kWh. The costs of using the subject of the contract in the above-mentioned period consist of: a fee for the sale of gas, a subscription fee, a fixed distribution fee and a variable distribution fee.
The estimated value of the contract in the period from 01.01.2023 to 31.12.2023 is PLN 3,983,475.56. The costs incurred during the entire period of using the subject of the contract do not include possible fees for exceeding the Contractual Capacity, fees for non-compliance by the Ordering Party with the restrictions introduced by the Distribution System Operator, and other additional fees set out in the Distribution System Operator Tariff, Instructions for Operation and Operation of the Distribution Network, which applies to both all Contractors and Ordering Parties (sellers and recipients), on the terms resulting from the tariff of the Distribution System Operator, instructions for operation and operation of the Distribution Network.
The Contracting Authority informs that the seller change process takes place at most pre-emptive points once again. Details are included in Annex No 1 to SWZ.
